Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

- One-on-One Coaching Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

- Group Coaching Programs: A full refund will be provided if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the start of the program. After this period, refunds will not be available, but you may be eligible to transfer your spot to a future session.

- Workshops and Courses: Refunds for workshops or courses are available if you cancel at least 5 days prior to the start date. If the cancellation is made within 5 days or once the program has started, no refunds will be issued.

- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, courses, and downloadable materials), all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances:

I understand that emergencies happen. In the case of unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, please reach out to me directly, and I will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

- All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

- Please note that any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
